Charitable Trusts and Foundations
Keeping Children Safe is grateful for the support it receives from charitable trusts and foundations. It allows us to undertake vital work in the safeguarding of children all over the world. If you are a Trustee, or if you have contact with a trust, we would love to hear from you!
We understand that all trusts and foundations have their own objectives and causes of interest, which is why we take the time to provide you with tailored funding proposals and reports. We will ensure that the funding you provide achieves maximum impact in our efforts to prevent child abuse.
You will be supported by a small but dedicated team and you will be invited to attend Keeping Children Safe events to see first-hand the work we do. Find out more about Keeping Children Safe impact.
Supporting your grantees
You may also be interested in working with Keeping Children Safe to ensure the grants you provide to other charities are being awarded to responsible organisations. We can audit these organisations on your behalf, and help them to embed child safeguarding, supporting them at every stage of developing a robust policy and procedures, to monitoring and evaluating their implementation.
All of our work is firmly anchored in our International Child Safeguarding Standards, which focus on policy, people, procedures and accountability. We are already working with a number of trusts, such as the OAK Foundation, by supporting their grantees to strengthen their child safeguarding efforts but we are keen to support more.
